Lobby Access System
The access system is on a pillar at the right side of the lobby door. A visitor can scan a list of resident names by using an up or down button and then choose one to contact. The access system will call the telephone number assoociated with the name. Answering the call, the resident can query the visitor through the access system and then enter "9"on their phone to allow the visitor entry to the lobby. The resident should come down to the lobby and take the visitor to the appropriate floor. A new resident should contact CWD Group to set up their information in the Lobby Access System.
Elevator Pads
Elevator Pads
When moving furniture, other large items or anything that might damage the walls of the elevator, protective pads should first be hung in the elevator. Contact the Board to request pads be hung, then when your use of the elevator is complete, let the Board know so the pads can be removed.
